The Crestview care center was built in 1963 and originally held up to 53 residents. In 1974 rooms for an additional 31 residents were added, making Crestview an 84-bed facility. Crestview was owned and operated by the Sherman family from the time it was built until June of 2012. Crestview was sold and renamed to focus on rehab and ‘Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation’ was born. With new ownership comes some changes and upgrades. Crestview has already gotten a facility bus for resident transportation, a new therapy room and a transition to home therapy apartment. Crestview will also continue to keep making improvements as time goes by.
